This collaged robe is inspired by the tradition of Tasseography (Turkish Coffee) which is a method of fortune telling practiced by my mother and grandmother. The piece is made of up various silk-screened fabrics and collaged together. The robe has traditional elements as well as modern touches merging the past and present of how traditions are passed down from generation to generation.
